There is some delicious news to report about restaurants and openings across Colorado this fall. Ash’Kara Opened in Boulder: Ash’Kara is an exploration of contemporary Israeli cuisine centered around a 900-degree brick oven from acclaimed Chef Daniel Asher. Hand-whipped hummus, falafel and an array of authentic dips and spreads are the Ash’Kara signature. As always, Chef
