Join Boulder cheesemonger Molly Browne on a cheese tasting tour and discover a new appreciation of this classic food staple. Few people in Boulder know as much about cheese as Molly, so consider this tour an exploratory class guided by a cheese-loving connoisseur. Molly will introduce the group to a well-presented cheese plate and wine pairing at one of Boulder’s best restaurants. The cheese “class” will then move on to another restaurant for a taste of a chef’s dish prepared with cheese. Finally, you’ll get a private tour of Boulder’s cheese shop, Cured, for tastings and an optional guided shopping experience.
